Paul F. Nagel (aka Pablo)
Principal

Paul brings over 39 years of experience in general contracting, residential & commercial construction project management, and interior finishing expertise to each client project that he and his team, work on. With these attributes he understands the expectations of codes and variables that can present in both areas of commercial and residential applications, along with the quality of workmanship expected with our trade partners. Whether it is an existing home addition, new home construction, commercial tenant improvement, garage build or refacing the exterior of your existing home, we can help you bring your vision into reality and give you an amazing completed project that you will absolutely love!

Erica Nagel (aka E)
Business Development and Sr. Accountant

Erica has over 29 years of experience as a Sr. Accountant and in business development working with Clients to create incredible relations. Her favourite side job is helping Clients with selections (when our clients ask for help, or they want to bounce ideas with her). She actually has a flare for colours and design styles and is happy to offer assistance for Clients who need some direction. With her experience working in the construction industry, she knows the ins and outs of each project we work on and she keeps our guys in the field organized and our Clients up to date. Most importantly, overall in the office she takes the time to listen to our Clients, answers any questions they may have, and ensures that they are taken care of through each phase on their project. She really gets things done!

Amanda Felix
Architectural Technologist & Admin

Amanda brings your vision to life! When we are not working with external interior designers and architects, Amanda prepares many of our drawings and creates the new floor plan layouts and elevations so our clients can see how everything will fit in their new proposed areas for renovations, additions and new builds. As well, she continues to work with our clients to design their custom kitchen, bath cabinetry and millwork to bring in all facets of functionality, aesthetics and finishes. Amanda is truly an outside the box thinker and she is very talented in her designs. She always comes up with great solutions all while listening to our clients to incorporate their vision. Amanda works with Paul and our clients directly so they really have a hands-on experience in this process.

Ryan Nagel
2nd year Apprenticing Carpenter

Ryan is currently in his 2nd year of formal training at SAIT and has over 3 years of experience in residential construction and abatement work. Ryan continues to build upon his formal training with on-going work experience in all areas on our project sites, and he is keen to follow his dad’s footsteps to get the sought after title of Journeyman Carpenter

Ben Ngo
Journeyman in standing

Ben has completed his journeyman certification and is just acquiring his hours necessary to gain his formal accreditation as journeyman (although he has already written the provincial exam and received his red seal). Ben brings 5 years of experience in residential construction and is very enthusiastic in his career path to continue gaining diversified experience. His personable demeanor is always welcomed by our clients and he is so easy going, always head down, and he works hard.
