- We save our Clients money – we choose to be different than our competitors by passing on our Builder pricing to our Clients – that means no retail pricing.
- Our management fee is second to none. Our management fee is assigned after our Builder pricing which means even with our management fee, we can still potentially save our Clients up to 20% off retail! This can really make a difference in your total cost of construction and to your pocket book.
- Peace of mind…We have 2 million liability insurance, WCB coverage for all our employees, and the Government issued Prepaid Contractors licence and Surety Bond to legally protect your retainer that you provide us. As of 2018, the New Home Buyer Protection Act and Regulations mandates that all Builders are to be licensed in Alberta on a yearly basis and we carry that as well. Further it is mandatory for all our Trade Partners to carry a minimum of 2 million liability insurance, and have current WCB coverage for all their employees as well.

We hire Trade Partners who are certified in their field of service and their employees have many years of experience working in their industry.
- We have an Architectural Technologist and Interior Designer – Shanon (Architectural Technologist) works with our Clients as he transfers their vision into drawings, and if our Clients require some design inspiration, Maria (Interior Designer), is just the person to help in that area as well! Some Clients may already have their own Interior Designer and/or Architect firm they would like to bring with them, which is fine with us too. We work together with any external Designer and/or Architect firm towards the same goal for our Clients.
- All our company employees are currently working towards their Journeyman Carpentry certification at SAIT in various stages of course completion from 1st year to 4th year apprentices, and they all carry additional yearly certifications for courses such as WHIMIS, First Aid and so on. Our Site Foreman is a designated Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter.
