Instead, they’ll be thinking of all the time and money they have to spend undoing your work. Upgrade your home, but if you plan to sell soon then go for designs that appeal to a broader group of people.
Converting Rooms
People have some basic expectations when their house hunting. A typical home has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and garage space. Removing a bedroom to create a massive master suite may make sense for you, but you’ve just cut the number of bedrooms by 33 percent. If you plan on moving in the near future, don’t make conversions with such large consequences.
